Cancellation & Refund Policy

For clients engaging in services provided by The Edify Project, cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds will be issued based on the following criteria:

Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the commencement of the program will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation requests made after 7 days of the commencement of the program will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:
To request a refund, clients must contact our customer support team at viveka@theedifyproject.com and provide relevant details, including the reason for the refund request and any supporting documentation. If the client is eligible for a refund, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval, typically within [28] business days. The actual time to receive the refund may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from the cancellation of services or the interpretation of this clause shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where The Edify Project is registered.

Modification or Termination of Agreement:
The Edify Project reserves the right to modify or terminate the agreement with the client at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the client. In such cases, any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered will be refunded to the client.
